Eli brings over ten years of experience in accounting, taxation, and consulting and is passionate about helping clients navigate complex financial decisions. He earned both his B.A. in Accounting and Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Washington and is a licensed CPA. Eli began his career with a large national public accounting firm and joined the James Russell team in 2024.

Personal

Eli grew up in Snohomish and has been married to his wife, Taylor, for over eight years. They live in Snohomish with their son and daughter. Outside of work, Eli enjoys hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest, cheering on Husky football, and spending quality time with family and friends.
