Michelle Nop

After working in customer service for several years, I switched to administration in 2023. I joined the firm in 2025 and have been enjoying my time here. My passion is to help others, and I find it fulfilling to be able to assist the James Russell staff and clients.

Personal

I was born and raised in Washington State. I am alumna of Everett Community College and spent half a year studying abroad in Japan. In my free time, I take language classes and watch movies with my family.

We engaged James Russell PLLC in 2008, as our fledgling online advertising company was skyrocketing from less than $1 million in annual revenue to over $30 million within a couple of years. Not only did they navigate an extremely complicated tax situation for us, they served as an indispensable advisor during several mergers and acquisitions. I would recommend them without reservation.
