With a decade of experience in construction project management, Nathan joined the firm as a Staff Accountant, bringing a disciplined approach to job costing and operational logistics. Having managed individual project budgets exceeding $20 million for regional subcontractors, they specialize in the intersection of estimating, procurement, and contract management. Nathan offers a unique perspective on the financial lifecycle of a project, from coordinating with suppliers and builders to navigating the complexities of change orders. This industry expertise is backed by an MBA, undergraduate in Accounting and the successful completion of the CPA Exams.
